With over 20 years of experience in the long-term care and elder care industry, Rebecca brings both a broad and deep knowledge of healthcare services for seniors and their families. Her passion began in high school when she had her first job in a nursing. Rebecca received her Master of Health Administration degree at Penn State, "WE ARE!", and has spent her career helping elders and their families navigate a very complicated long term care system and leading an educating the dedicated people who work in it. She is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner who is passionate about teaching and ensuring the highest quality of care and best outcomes for those elders and team members she serves. This is evident through the testimonials, and through what you will experience when you interact with her. Rebecca is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, licensed Personal Care Home Administrator, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Med Tech Trainer, and Certified Nursing Assistant. She lives in Lancaster with her husband and four children.
